PRODUCT RETURN POLICY At Perth Cleaning Masters, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. If you have purchased a physical product from us, the following terms apply: 1. Change of Mind Returns Timeframe: Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact. Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cleaning chemicals or used microfiber materials/vacuum filters. Refund Type: Change of mind returns will be eligible for a store credit or exchange, excluding original delivery fees. 2. Faulty or Damaged Goods Reporting: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us at orders@perthcleaningmasters.com.au within 24 hours of receipt. Remedy: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the fault or damage before processing the claim. 3. Return Process Contact our office to receive a Return Authorization Number. Ensure the product is securely packaged. Return the item to our Perth facility. Note: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 4. Special Orders Products specifically ordered in for a client (non-stocked items) are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
