PRODUCT RETURN POLICY At Perth Cleaning Masters, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. If you have purchased a physical product from us, the following terms apply: 1. Change of Mind Returns Timeframe: Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact. Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cleaning chemicals or used microfiber materials/vacuum filters. Refund Type: Change of mind returns will be eligible for a store credit or exchange, excluding original delivery fees. 2. Faulty or Damaged Goods Reporting: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us at orders@perthcleaningmasters.com.au within 24 hours of receipt. Remedy: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the fault or damage before processing the claim. 3. Return Process Contact our office to receive a Return Authorization Number. Ensure the product is securely packaged. Return the item to our Perth facility. Note: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 4. Special Orders Products specifically ordered in for a client (non-stocked items) are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Important Note on Services Please note that this policy applies to physical products only. For issues regarding cleaning services (labor), please refer to our Service Guarantee, which requires notification within 24 hours for a re-clean.
